To support the public safety and crime prevention goals of CSOSA by:
Creating and administering a merit-based system of progressive compensation and human resources policies which encourage excellence,
Assisting CSOSA managers and staff to meet their goals by hiring the best staff possible in a timely fashion,
Developing the competencies and potential of all CSOSA staff members through formal training and other developmental activities, and
Providing the highest quality advisory, payroll, benefits administration and other staff services.
