DUI/DWI Victim Impact Panels (VIPs)
Victim Impact Panels (VIPs) involve friends, relatives or victims themselves telling a group of DUI/DWI offenders the tragic outcomes of an alcohol-related traffic accident. The DUI/DWI offender has a requirement to attend one class.
