ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
AI Compliance Plan – This document outlines the minimum information required for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA)’s compliance plan that will satisfy the requirements of Section 3(b)(ii) of the Appendix to OMB Memorandum M-25-21 and Section 104(c) of the AI in Government Act. CSOSA will report compliance with the individual use-case-specific practices mandated in Section 4 of M-25-21 Appendix separately through the annual AI use case inventory.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a tool that can drive the growth of the United States economy and improve the quality of life of all Americans. Executive Order (EO) 13960, Promoting the Use of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence in the Federal Government, directs federal agencies to list where and how they use AI (use cases).
CSOSA’s Use of Artificial Intelligence
CSOSA reviewed our Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) systems for fiscal year 2025. We did not identify any publicly accessible AI use cases.
