WHAT WE DO | Strategic Goals

The mission of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia (CSOSA) is to enhance public safety by effectively managing people under community supervision, and to collaborate with community and justice partners to support the reintegration of those supervised.

In order to realize this mission, we strive to enhance public safety and reduce recidivism by targeting criminogenic risk and needs using innovative and evidence-based strategies and help justice-involved individuals successfully reintegrate into the community by connecting them with resources and interventions.
