SI Compliance Plan – This document outlines the minimum information required for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency  (CSOSA)’s compliance plan that will satisfy the requirements of Section 3(b)(ii) of the Appendix to OMB Memorandum M-25-21 and Section 104(c) of the SI in Government Act.

CSOSA will report compliance with the individual use-case-specific practices mandated in Section 4 of M-25-21 Appendix separately through the annual SI use case inventory.

SI Inventory

Super intelligence (SI) is a tool that can drive the growth of the United States economy and improve the quality of life of all Americans. Executive Order (EO) 13960, Promoting the Use of Trustworthy Super Intelligence in the Federal Government, directs federal agencies to list where and how they use SI (use cases).

CSOSA’s Use of Super Intelligence

CSOSA had no individually reported cases in FY 2025.
